The Learning Centre offers participants online training and skills development in Paralympic knowledge and disability awareness, as well as online resources which they can use to improve their English language skills.
The advocates will also have the opportunity to improve their communication, leadership, and organisation skills through workshops provided for them. |

Participants will learn practical leadership and organisation skills including marketing, PR and event management. These skills will help the YAs to spread the Paralympic Spirit through various events and projects within their own communities and universities. | | |

Workshops in the communication strand are designed to enhance the verbal and non-verbal communication and multimedia skills of participants, and to enable them to disseminate the key messages of the Paralympics. | | |
