You will see an option to upload your personal statement, or any pictures or information to support your application online. Please note that if you do upload any files, they must be 'zipped' in .RAR format.

If you can't use the online upload feature, you can email us any relevant pictures, videos or documents at yaponline@britishcouncil.org.cn. Please could you ensure that both your full name and user name is included in the email. We will email you to confirm that we have received them.

References:

If you have been recommended by an individual or organization to join the project, please email us their reference and contact details contained in a Word document with your application form. Again, please could you ensure that both your full name and user name is included somewhere in the email. If you have not been recommended to join by a specific party, but would still like to include a reference, this is acceptable.

The UK deadline for the application process will be July 31st 2008. If you have any questions or queries about the application process, you can email us at yaponline@britishcouncil.org.cn . Good luck!
