On 4th and 5th September, all 206 Young Advocates coming from 6 countries arrived safely at the China Administration of Sports for Persons with Disabilities, which we called Training Centre in YAP. After settling down and knowing where is where, we had the very first gather together on 6th Sep morning.

Here we met all the rest Young Advocates, everybody seems so passion and amazing towards this project. It's a nice atmosphere.

This is one of the main women in YAP as well as the Opening Day MC. Dr. Rebecca Nadin, Assistant Director Sports in British Council Beijing office.

Here are our lovely trainers. They are coming from different professional organisations, including Northern Ballet Theatre, Yeast Culture, Youth Sport Trust, Sheffield Hallam University etc.

CDPF represents China Disabled Persons Federation, which is the YAP Chinese organisator. This is CDPF director of International office.

Robin Rickard, Director of British Council Beijing office. A nice man whom we thought looks like the Christmas Father. :)

Chris Waddell, Paralympian Ambassador, International Paralympic Committee.

Icebreaking activity and group discussion. During these sessions, we needed to introduce ourselves to the others, we were using different languages including body language and drawing pictures!! It was a great fun indeed. We were broke into 7 groups, where we need to come up with our mission and vision about YAP.

And finally, we took the family picture!! Everybody together, SMILE!!
