Workshop Objectives:
The leadership and organisation training strand is based up the British Council/Youth Sports Trust Dreams + Teams model.
• It is a leadership programme designed to develop leadership, event management and organisational skills amongst participants.
• Participants undertake sports leadership training, and plan, organise and deliver a Paralympics school day and mini Paralympics Sport festivals in their local communities.
• At the end of the workshop young advocates will have a chance to hold mini Paralympics Sport event.
